To all members of CPGB:

It is decided, through the work procedure including members’ report, democratic recommendation and full exchange, etc, that Xiao Neng, among other comrades, should be appointed to take office in the work section of the the Committee for Promotion of Green Building, with a term of office from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019, according to related provisions and the work requirements of CPGB. The appointment of the vice director and the vice general secretary, among other staff members will be otherwise noticed.
