would you please check the grammer or sentence in following letter.

For those who didn’t make in our previous meeting I volunteer to host the next women’s meeting. Before I set the date I would like to give everyone a choice weather they would prefer to do it on 8th or 15th of Oct. Let me know and we will choose the date that would work for most of us.
