Are you visiting family? Are you there as a tourist? Are you there for a religious event? Are you there to attend seminars?

You say all of those things. It creates a unclear picture.

"It creates a unclear picture ??" - What does it mean?

For more details, I am visiting there as a tourist and for Seminars in my religion and asceticism.

You listed four things that were your purpose. The first thing you said was "Tourism/visit family or friends" - then you said it for a religions reason, then you said it was for seminars. Those different messages are conflicting.

If you said "Visit family and friends, spend a holiday with family, in time for a holiday visit with family" that would be a single message, and a clear picture.
