Would you mind not interrupting with questions all the time?

Hello, everyone!

I'm confused with the meaning of the sentence below I got from Oxford dictionary.

Would you mind not interrupting with questions all the time?

Does the speaker mean in the future I(the speaker) hope you will give such an attention that your questions no more interrrupt me? Most of all, I can not figure out who is the subject of the gerund interruting. Is it the main subject you? And which word is the phrase all the time modifying? Is it not interruptting or mind?

Many thanks in advance!

Would* here implies a *humble request from the speaker. He is politely asking the person not to interrupt him with question all the time. As simple as that.
