would you mind closing the window?

hi all

i think we can explain the requestion with"would you mind ...?Could you please ...?please..." but i am not sure how to answer it.

eg.would you mind closing the window? If you don't mind ,can you say "no, not at all." ?And if you mind , what can you say ?
