Is there any difference beetwen :

"would you mind me looking at your papers" and

"would you mind If I looked at your papers"

in meaning ?

No difference intended.

1. Would you mind me (my) looking at your papers? This is a bit informal.

Replace me with my if you care about formality.

2. Would you mind if I looked at your papers? Casual.
