Would you like some more tea?

I think that quite a few expressions can serve as a phrase to negatively answer the question "Would you like some more tea?" Below is a list of such expressions I can think of. Could you evaluate each of the following seven sentences depending on whether it is natural in such a scenario?

(A) No, thank you.
(B) I'm fine.
(C) I'm OK.
(D) I'm all right.
(E) It's fine.
(F) It's OK.
(G) It's all right.

The only one that works for me is the first. I might also say (depending on context):

- No, thanks.

- No, that's fine.

- No, I wouldn't.

- I wouldn't, no.

- Not for me.

- Not really.

- No, I've had my fill.

Note that intonation (how you say any of those) is also relevant.
