I can't visualise what it actually is that you are italicising or not italicising. Could you give a real example? If it is a list of programme titles, then each title should be italicised (at least, this is a common style).

Perhaps the Wikipedia article from which you quote is a good indication that it shouldn't. It looks as if the editors there have been careful to italicise all the programme names but deliberately have not italicised Toonami.
