I was referred to you by Tom as you're the Impact Fee Administrator for the Forsyth County. Would you please let me know what your responsibilities are? Our City is in the process of adopting the Impact Fee Ordinance and would like to know the job description of an Impact Fee Administrator to decide if we need such a position or just someone else on staff to perform the duties.
