Would you help me with grammar of these sentences?
A full-time Impact Fee Adm. may not be necessary as he/she gets used to his/her job. His or her supervisor may have him/her working on capital improvement projects or writing grants. They also mentioned that an Impact Fee Administrator should be ready to handle the public, because there will be lot of angry residents come in and complain about the fee.

It's good to indicate in your writing that the job is open to both men and women. However, it is very cumbersome to constantly write he/she/, him/her, etc. Often, this is only done in the first instance, to make the point, and thereafter just the masculine form is used.
Alternatively, there can sometimes be other ways to avoid the problem by rewording,
