Would you help me to say this in a better way and grammatically correct?

Our City and residents wanted to have some types of activities to get/draw people to downtown Phi Dung, but do not know how to organize or what will be the cost of doing such activities. Would you mind letting me know how the City of La Cam organized such events, and what's approximately cost, and how do we get the businesses and performers to involve, and more importantly is it time consuming?
