Would you help me to say these in a better way & grammatically correct?

The vacant space next the Floral Shop is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. I have asked all of the people around Mr. Frank Boyd's two buildings, but didn't get any lucks. They don't know the square footage and I was told that Mr. Boyd's is rarely be in town. Lee provided me his number and I called and left him a message. Hopefully he will call back soon.

I haven't heard back from the City of Kennesaw. I'll call them back and provide you with the information as soon as I get the information.
