Would you help me say this in a shorter way and grammatically correct?

Thank you very much for your help.

I will have to drop my dad off at the aiport on Thursday morning. I won't able to come to work until 12 so I'm going to use my comp time to take the whole Thurday off but I'll still come to the benefit fair at 2:00 o'clock session.

  • I wouldn't able to come to work until 12, so I'm going to use my comp time to take the whole Thurday off, except that I'll still come to the two o'clock session at the benefit fair.
  • I think the only way you can make this a lot shorter is to omit some of the information that you have included.
