Would you help me say this in a shorter way & grammatically correct?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I hope you have a great weekend. I'm working on the reception agenda and would like to confirm with you the name of speakers and their title. Even if you will not be one of the speakers, will you be there as well? On the flyer we sent out two weeks ago to local businesses, we listed you all as speakers from the AEA.

I have attached a file of flyer for your to see how we listed you as. Also, would you ask the speakers to provide a paragraph about them as well as their presentation power point?

Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to seeing you at the reception.
