Would you help me say this grammatically correct? Thank you for your help.

0 00I have contacted the Women Club but they requested me to write a letter to them so the president can present to the group at their next meeting on the 201sup00nd02sup00 Monday. In addition, I have contacted the churches, however, they have not responded to my request. I will call as many group as possible before our meeting and see what we can do from there.
