Hope your day is going well. I have checked my calendar and will not be able to meet on the 16th. Can we meet on the 15 instead? I will have to drive out to Fayett County with my team for the project on the 16. Also, would help me with Nancy's request. Please see below for her requests:

On the 16th, I [have to/need to/must] drive to Fayett County with my team for the project. [Also/Additionally/In addition], would [you] help me with Nancy's requests? Please see below for Nancy's requests:

"Have to" sounds casual to me.
"Need to" also sounds casual, but it stresses (in my opinion) that what you are doing is an obligation.
"Must" sounds the most urgent.

"Also" sounds casual to me.
"Additionally/In addition" sounds more formal to me.

I did not understand the sentence "Also, would help me with Nancy's request." I'm only guessing you mean to put "you" in it in order to address the reader.
