Would you help me put these sentences grammatically correct? Thank you for

2) Assistance programs that are available to small businesses
3) Some basics you need to look to attract customers, and provide friendly businesses environment
4) Does your merchandise display attract and interest the customer? Or does it overwhelm and confuse the viewer? Is the display simply bland and unremarkable?
