Would you explain about this?

#1-I lost my key.
#2-I have lost my key.

This is about the present perfect tense.
#2 means wheather the key is being lost or not. Or We can't see "I" have the key now ,or not.

Another examples go like-

A-How are you so happy?
B-I have received a car for a free gift.

Do "I" have the received a car
now??
