Would you explain about this?

A-What happened to my ideas?
B- #1-Your ideas have
been rejected.
#2-Your ideas have rejected.

Is #2 wrong sentence? If yes. Why?

What't the difference between #1 and #2?

If you'd show a situation, That would make me understand easier.

Thank for your reading~

Sentence two is wrong, because "Your ideas" could not (reject)(have rejected) anything. They could only (be)(have been) rejected. Only sentence #1, the passive sentence, is correct.
