Would you explain about the difference of mean among ?

I saw "I go on the bus" in the book on the usage of "preposition"
then I got some questions about #1,2,3,4.

Q1. Are they all corrct?
I think #1,2,3 is right, but #4. wrong.
If #4 makes sense , what does it mean?

Q2. Would you explain about the difference of mean among #1,2,3  If they are correct?

#1- I go on the bus
#2- I go on bus
#3- I go by bus
#4- I go with bus.
