Would you explain about the difference of mean among #1,2,3?

I read a English book that is written #1 and #2 means differently
so I'd like to know means of them exactly ,adding #3.

#1. I do not have money.
#2. I have no money.
#3. I do not have any money.

Top answer

#2. I have no money.
#3. I do not have any money.
By the English book,

#1 means someone don't have money deliberately now.
but
#2 means someone is broke or The someone's pocket is empty.

Do #2 and #3 mean same?

"#1. I do not have money."

It's in the simple present, then it may express a permanent state of being deprived of money.
