Would you explain about the below quizes ?
These quizes are for the usage of Verbs , "say, speak,talk and tell". I answered if each questons is rihg or wrong and wrote down the answers underneath each questions that I thought .
Please advise me , plus about more ,proper and common for the answer.

A. I spoke that he was a spy.
answer) wrong - I said or told that.....
B.I spoke Tom to do it.
a) wrong - I told Tom to do it.
C.I talked that he was a spy
a) wrong - I said , told that he was a spy.
D.I talk Tom to do it
a) wrong - I told Tom to do it.
E.He told.
a) wrong - He ....... - I don't know what can replace "told" among said, spoke, talked.
F.He told with Tom.
a) wrong - He spoke, talked with Tom.
G.I said him to do it.
a) wrong - I told, talked him to do it.
H.I said with Tom.
a) wrong - I spoke, talked with Tom

answer) wrong - I said or told that..... No. Only 'said' works.
B.I spoke Tom to do it.
a) wrong - I told Tom to do it. OK.
