Would you explain about a picture below?



I see this picture that a Woman say " sit down. shup up and put your pants back on."
Suddenly, I have a question about what situation the woman stands.
That's why I ask you. Of course , it' sn't fixed one situation I guess.

There is an expression "Keep your shirt on." It means "Be patient." Sometimes people change "shirt" to "pants" to be impolite.

The artist says it was from something that actually happened in her life. It is just something she said one time, that's all. There is no more to it. Apparently someone who had recently removed his pants was annoying her.
