Would you correct my English?(July. 20)

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: Have you considered our plan?

F: It was a very difficult decision, but finally I decided to go with Sony

instead of your firm.

M: Well, if that's [ it's ] your decision, it can't be helped.

No. 2

M: Have you called the repairman yet?

F: Yes, he'll be here any minute. He said he can [ could ] repair it right away.

M: Good. I need to copy a lot this afternoon.

Thank you. kenta

This looks OK to me. Where you have a "that's/it's" choice, I prefer "that's". In conversation, I'd more naturally say "I need to do a lot of copying this afternoon", but what you have is not wrong.
