No. 1

M: Is this Mr. Brown's house [ residence ]? I've come here to see Helen.

F: Right. Please come in.

M: Thank you.

F: Please be seated and wait a minute. Helen's coming soon.

No. 2

M: Hello. Is this Mr. Black's?

F: Yes. Who's calling, please?

M: This is Nishimoto speaking. Is Kazu in there?

F: Sorry, she is out now. Shall [ May ] I take a message ?
