Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them, please?

No. 1

M: What do you think about investing with plants in Korea.

F: I heard they have a good ability to produce.

M: Yes, I was thinking about [ of ] employing more workers.

No. 2

M: Mr. Jackson from Sony called about his 3:00 appointment.

He said he would be a little late.

F: I hope he isn't too late. I have a meeting at 4:00.

M: It's be OK. Maybe he'll be here by 3:00.
