Would you correct my English? ( Nov.18 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them?

No. 1

M: We have to make a decision as to whether to [ we should ] buy

more rare earth from China.

F: Really? Why do you think so?

M: Because its quality is unreliable, and it's dangerous to depend

only on China for our rare earth.

No. 2

M: Excuse me. Would you tell me where the restroom is?

F: Sure. The men's room is down the hall, next to the pay phone.

M: I see. But actually, I'm asking for my daughter.

F: Oh, then it's at [ in ] the same place upstairs.

Thank you! kenta
