Would you correct my English? ( Nov. 28 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: We would like a double with the night view [ scene ]?

F: I'm afraid all the doubles are taken. There're two singles available.

M: That will be fine. Can we settle up now?

No. 2

M: May I use the copier now? I heard it was out of order.

F: Sure, it was not a trouble. Just ran out of toner.

M: Thank you. We can say you're a good service rep.

F: Thanks. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm fond of mechanics.

Thank you. kenta

Hi, No. 1 Kenta, get in the habit of using 'please' in the course of these dialogues. It's very common, and important.
