Would you correct my English? ( May 11 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them, please?

No. 1

M: With so many of your competitors going out of [ withdrawing with the ] business,

you can expect to receive a bonus this year?

F: I hope so, but I'll have to wait until next year.

M: Really? I believe you deserve it.

No. 2

M: With this cold weather, the price of vegetables has really gone up.

F: Right. Also, I read a lot of chickens were killed [ destroyed ] because of bird flu.

M: I know. We have to live economically.
