Would you correct my English? ( Mar. 6 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

F: Please be seated [ have a seat ] here and make yourself at home. I'll call Mai.

M: Thank you. This is a gift for you. ( It's ) Japanese sweets.

( Q. "They're" is right? )

F: Oh, how nice! I'll make some tea and let's enjoy them together.

No. 2

M: There's nothing better than to live in the country.

F: You said it. It is [ would be ] wonderful to live here.

M: Yes, I can't understand why people want to live in a city.

Thank you. kenta
