Would you correct my English? ( July 22 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: It's a [ my ] payday today, so I'll be generous and treat you dinner.

F: Thank you. But be careful not to waste your money [ be wasteful ].

You said you were broke yesterday.

M: I know. I have to be thrifty [ economical ].

No. 2

M: Be sure [ Remember ] to get some paint, and we need some small

brushes to paint the walls.

F: How about a ladder?

M: Oh, there's an extention ladder in the cabin.

Thank you. kenta

Thank you. But I have a question.

You wrote: "Be sure to remember to get some paint..."

I thought "be sure to" includes "remember to", so

I don't have to say "Be sure to remember to ...".

On the google, I found just about 40 examples.
