Would you correct my English? ( Jan.24 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them?

No. 1

M: I've been so tired and run-down this week.

F: You should undergo [ get ] a physical checkup. And it may have

been caused by mental fatigue.

M: I don't think it's so serious.

No. 2 Lottery ticket

M: Three ... four ... one. Oh, no! I lost again! That's the fifth

time this month!

F: How many numbers did you get this time?

M: Only three. This is the last time I bought a lottery ticket.
( Q. Should I use "buy"? )

Thank you! kenta
