Would you correct my English? (Jan.17)

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them?

No. 1

M: Plumber, Ma'am. I hear the drainpipe is [ has been ] clogged.

F: Yes, the sink has been plugged up since this morning.

M: You can depend on me. It will just take a few minutes to fix [ repair ] it.

F: I'm releaved to hear that.

No. 2 At a restaurant

M: I have a five o'clock reservation for Littlemore.

F: I see. Here we are. That's a table for three, isn't it?

M: Yes. And it would be very nice [ I would be very pleased ] if you could find us a private

dining room.
