Would you correct my English? (Apr.6)

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: What's that brochure?

F: It's an ad(vertisement) for an investment plan. According to it, I can double

my money in [ within ] a year.

M: Do you believe it? You will lose all your money in the end [ finally ].

No. 2

M: I'm all dressed [ I'm in full dress ] and ready to go the wedding ceremony.

F: You'll have to shave off your beard.

M: Why? Nowadays young men wear [ have / grow ] a beard.

Thank you. kenta

"An ad for" is fine.

I also think "You will lose" is okay since M is making what he feels a firm prediction.
