Would you correct my English? ( Apr. 9 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you check them, please?

No. 1

M: Are you going to make it to the meeting on Tuesday morning?

F: No. I won't be back till Wednesday.

M: I see. I'll attend it instead of you, then.

No. 2

M: We have to find a new place for our club meeting.

F: Why can't we rent the room we've been using?

M: It's closing at the end of this month.

F: That's a shame. OK. We can use my house for the time being.

Thank you. kenta

They both look fine. The 'it' after attend is optional, the sentence would make sense without it. I might change the OK for 'never mind'.

  • It's not wrong, just a personal choice which sounds more natural to me.
