Would you correct my English? ( Apr. 21 )

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: How many workouts do you get [ have ] in each week?

F: I try to do three. More than three I feel too tired.

M: I can make it to the gym only twice a week myself.

No. 2

F: Can I get you some drink or fruit juice?

M: Actually, I'd prefer iced tea with lemon, if you have it.

F: Certainly. Coming right up.

Thank you. kenta
