Would you correct my English?

Hello. I make it a rule to write one dialogue in English everyday.
I hope you'll check these dialogues.

No. 1 At the party

F: I've never been [ come ] to ( such ) a gorgeous party like this!

M: Look, do you see the man over there?

F: Yes, you mean the man standing with a young lady in a red dress?

M: Sure. He is the vice-president of our company.

No. 2

M: We have to clean the house and garden today.

F: Why don't you clean the house?

M: Why? You alwasy do the housework.

F: I think it's about time for you to learn to do the housework.

Thank you!
