Would you correct my English?

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you chec them?

No. 1

M: The waist of these pants is too tight and the inseam is way too short.

F: Well, would you care to try a larger one on [try on a larger one] ?

M: Yes, then I'd like pants with cuffs, too.

No. 2

F: Where would you like to try for dinner tonight?

M: I hear [heard] there's a new Chinese place that just opened

near the station.

F: Great, then what are we waiting for?

Here are my suggestions:

No. 1

M: These pants are too tight in the waist, and the inseam is way too short.
F: Well, would you like to try on a larger pair?
M: Yes, and I'd like pants with cuffs, too.

In No. 2, I'd suggest using "hear", but you can use either "hear" or "heard".
