Would you correct my English?

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you check them?

No. 1 On the phone

M: Hello. This is Taro. Oh, Jenny? Did you call me earlier?

F: Yes, many times. But your line was [had been] busy all the time.

M: Sorry. I had been talking to my mom.

No. 2

M: That's all (the / my) appointments for today, isn't it? (Should I put "the" or "my"?)

F: Yes, but please don't forget to call your wife. She wanted you to

pick something up on your way home.

M: I see. See you in the office tomorrow.

Thank you!
