Would you correct my English?

I wrote two dialogues. Will you check them?

No. 1

M: My room is so hot that I can hardly breathe.

F: Why don't you buy [get] an air conditioner? I heard they're

having a special sale downtown this weekend.

M: Well, but I can't afford (to buy) it.

No. 2

M: For three thousand units, we can give you a 10 % discount.

F: If we were to buy six thousand units, could you give us a 15 %

discount?

M: Yes, then it would be less than $ 3 per unit.

Thank you!

Hi,

I wrote two dialogues. Will you check them?

No. 1

M: My room is so hot that I can hardly breathe.

F: Why don't you buy [get] an air conditioner? I heard they're

having a special sale downtown this weekend.

M: Well, but I can't afford (to buy) it. Say 'well' or 'but', but you don't need to say both together.
