Would you correct my English?

Hello. Would you check my English?

No. 1

F: Good morning, Kenji Office Supplies. May I help you?

M: Yes, this is Mr. Jackson. I'm calling about our most recent order.

F: Could you please hold (on)? I'll connect you to the Sales Department.

No. 2

M: Looks like I won't be able to go out [away] with my family
this summer. My boss won't allow me to take time off [take off / take leave].

F: That's a shame. Is that [this] your company's policy?

M: Not really. It's because I'm a newcomer to my company.

Thank you.

This is pretty good. The person calling will commonly give the name of his company as well as his own name.
