I don't know what "retail potential" is. "If you're okay with the changes" is better, but it's informal. If this isn't someone you work with closely, say "If you find these changes acceptable, I can send [what? the packet? the booklet? what are you sending?] to FE. (Will the person reading this know what FE is?)
