Economic experts expect that unless structural and customary problem, which is so far regarded as chief obstacle to Inter-Korean economic cooperation, isn’t largely overcome , it is possible not only that the effectiveness of this agreement is reduced, but also that dispute over ‘unconditional support to North Korea’, which has been frequently controversial, is repeated.
