Would you check the grammar of this?

Is he work here full time?

Is this expression also acceptible? If I express that, only something like "Does he works here full-time?" or "Is he a full-time worker?" can comes into my head. So, I would like to know whether this expression is widely used.

Thanks. I also think "Is he work here full time?" is not acceptable.
