Would you check my English?

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you check them?

No. 1

M: Are you watching this program?

F: Not really.

M: Do you mind if I change [switch] channels [turn over the channels / change to another channel]?

F: Not at all. Any channel is OK with me.

No. 2

M: I'm sorry I've kept you waiting so long [to have kept you waiting so long / to keep you waiting so long].
I have to wash all these sheets.

F: That's OK [I don't care / It doesn't matter]. How much longer will it take?

M: Probably (it will take) thirty minutes or so.

Thank you!

I think that I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long is also a correct sentence.
