would you advise ??

I read sentences in a book on usage about preposition.

#0- She sits with her arms folded. #1-There is a truck loaded with rubbish. #2- A truck is with rubbish loaded.

Then, I have a curiousity wheather #1 can be changed #2 like a structure of #0 as same meaning. Advise me.
