Hello, would somebody correct and explain to me what do they exactly mean or how they are different each other.

The original copies will be sent today by courier.

The original copies would be sent today by courier.

The original copies shall be sent today by courier.

And also whta is the difference between the ff:

If I were you, I would tell them the secret.

If I were you, I will tell them the secret.

Is "I will tell them the secret" still a bad grammar?

Is this correct? - I should tell them the secret before anything goes wrong.

When the modal verb "would" is used, it seems to be used to in a conditional sense (or in a hypothetical situation if both means the same) almost all the time, but my question is "Can the modal verb "would" be used to say just (and no other like "hypothetical" or "conditional") or what you believed, hope, or be the case as it might be?

Your latest example is another use of 'would'-- as the past of 'will' in reported speech:

REPORT: "The unemployment rate will continue to rise."

A report said that the unemployment rate would continue to rise.
