I don't know whether the sentence make sense or not, but is the use of 'would' correct here? Or should it be 'will'?

It should be 'will' because you started with 'will' earlier in the sentence. I promise that I'll always follow your advice, and that the promise will hold forever. Or even better: I promise that I'll always follow your advice, and I'll keep that promise forever.
