Would & will

1. Then it would automatically be the greatest loss.

2. Then it automatically would be the greatest loss.

3. Then automatically it would be the greatest loss.

Which of the above sentences are perfectly right? Now if I am sure it would be the greatest loss should we use 'will' in the place of 'would'

1. Then it will automatically be the greatest loss/ It will then automatically be the greatest loss.

Please suggest for the above.

Adverbs are most often placed in three positions: at the beginning , in mid-position and at the end of a clause: Now he is reading a book. He is now reading a book. He is reading a book now .

Yes, the sentences do indeed have different meanings. Will is an auxiliary used to denote future action while would is a conditional auxiliary. You can find out about both auxiliaries in any online dictionary.
