While reading over my last comment, I see that old habits die hard. Though you have corrected me before, I still haven't been able to be conscious of not to make them again. It seems not easy to get out of making the same mistakes again and again!

Also for the word dictionary, it should be able to qualify with either - learner's or learners'. There is also the missing hyphen for its name.
Another example of the mistakes I make would be mixing up of do and does, especially while writing which I always find out only after hitting the send button!
